Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels to engage with the audience and build community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Social Media Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimizing for target audiences and goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (such as design, content, and public relations) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Brand Management: Ensure that all social media activities align with the brand's voice, mission, and values.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and engage new audiences.
Skills and Qualifications required
Essential skills:
• Adobe photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Essential to have a creative mind.
• Eagerness to learn new skills.
• GCSE English and Maths C and above.
• Conversant with All social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
