The Civils and Groundworks programme provides participants with the knowledge, practical preparation and employability skills required to progress into entry-level roles within the civil engineering, groundworks and infrastructure sectors.
The programme introduces learners to safe working practices, site expectations, relevant industry requirements and the practical competencies required within civils and groundworks environments.
Alongside vocational learning, participants receive employability support, information, advice and guidance, workplace-behaviour preparation and employer engagement to help them understand available roles and prepare effectively for recruitment.
The programme is employment-focused, with Road to Logistics supporting participants from initial engagement and training through to employer introductions, interviews, progression and sustained employment support.

Looking for a new career with real job opportunities and progression? Our 3-week intensive Drainage Skills Bootcamp is designed to give you the practical skills, qualifications and confidence you need to get started in the drainage industry.
You’ll receive fully funded training covering key areas including SHEA, high-pressure jetting, basic plumbing, CCTV drainage surveys and confined spaces, alongside practical, hands-on experience.
On completion, you’ll be supported into guaranteed interviews with key local employers, with opportunities to secure full-time PAYE roles working 40 hours per week, plus excellent opportunities to progress your career.
