Job Overview
Office administrator, to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day to day operations of the care office.
Maintain records, coordinating staff schedules, supporting with compliance with CQC regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Answering phones and emails filing, photocopying, scanning and general office duties.
Handling of PPE requests.
Maintaining digital and paper records of service users and care staff.
Support with recruitment: sending out applications packs, scheduling interviews.
Logging of staff sickness, holidays and absence requests.
Candidates should be reliable and trustworthy, especially handling confidential information. They should be friendly and polite when dealing with staff, clients and families. They should be willing to learn and develop new skills.
