The Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Client Liaison Manager to join our high-performing Amazon team. This is a career-launching opportunity designed for a high-potential graduate who is confident, curious, and ready to take ownership.

You’ll work closely with senior Account Managers and Directors to support the day-to-day success of our healthcare clients. Over time, you’ll own projects, drive client interactions, and take the lead on accounts, with a clear path to promotion into Account Manager roles.

We’re not looking for e-commerce experience - we’re looking for someone sharp, articulate, and hungry to learn. You’ll be exposed to everything: compliance, listings, strategy, advertising, and analytics - all within a supportive, fast-paced environment where you’ll be given real responsibility from day one.

What You’ll Do

● Client Support & Communication: Be a key liaison for clients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and confident in our delivery. Help maintain day-to-day communications, learn what great client service looks like, and gradually take ownership of your own client interactions.

● Project & Task Coordination: Support the execution of key Amazon tasks - from updating product content to resolving compliance issues or coordinating shipments. Learn how Amazon really works and build the confidence to manage it independently.

● Problem Solving: Get hands-on with real business issues. Spot inefficiencies, raise blockers, and bring ideas for how to solve them - even better, go and solve them yourself.

● Data & Reporting: Prepare performance reports, interpret metrics, and present your findings. You’ll be taught how to use data to tell a story, drive decisions, and spot growth opportunities.

● Internal Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our operations, content, and compliance teams. You’ll be mentored by senior leaders but expected to own your output and show initiative from the start.

● Career Progression: This is a fast-track role. We expect the right candidate to grow into an Account Manager position within 12–18 months, with full client ownership and the potential to lead others beyond that.

Skills and Qualifications required

What we’re looking for:

● A recent graduate with a strong academic background (any degree discipline considered)

● High work rate - you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying sharp under pressure

● Smart and analytical, with the ability to pick up complex concepts quickly

● Confident and approachable - you’re comfortable speaking with clients and asking good questions

● A natural problem solver who doesn’t just highlight issues but also comes with solutions

● Strong written and verbal communication skills - clarity, precision, and professionalism

● Interest in e-commerce, Amazon and TikTok Shop (prior knowledge is a bonus, not essential)

● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong organisational skills
