Job Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing distributor and wholesaler of branded food, drink and household products. Coupled with good old-fashioned service we go the extra mile for our customers.

An office-based customer services and sales role where you'll be responsible for managing incoming orders, responding to customer queries by email and phone and generating new customer orders in a busy and collaborative team environment. We’re looking for a fun, bubbly, passionate and driven individual with great organisation and administration skills.

On the job training provided as required.

• Manage and organise incoming website orders and handing over to warehouse and packing team. 
• Mange existing and new customer relationships for queries and quoting inbound customer enquiries to develop into orders and repeat business. First point of customer contact
• Managing collections from customers and booking customer pallets deliveries.
• Organise order paperwork for bookkeeper on a quarterly basis planning own working time to maximise productivity and prioritise tasks

Skills and Qualifications required

• Previous sales and purchasing experience, essential
• Positive can-do attitude, essential
• MS Office including Excel and Outlook experience
• Excellent Maths and English at Level 2 Qualified
• An open minded communicator, writing emails and speaking, including to people where English is not a first language
• Familiarity with branded food & drinks wholesale sector ie convenience store products, desirable but not essential

Hours • Office hours Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3pm
