Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules of engineers, and ensuring efficient communication between various areas of the business. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations and supporting our team in achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for engineers out on the road.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties including maintaining accurate records.
Utilise MS Office for administrative tasks and documentation.
Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain an organised filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in providing office administrative support.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Competence in using office equipment and computer systems to streamline processes.
Great for an experienced office administrator OR someone with at least a years experience who is keen and driven to learn and develop.
CAR driver is essential as offices not located on a bus route.
