Job Overview
• Candidate Sourcing:
Posting job ads on various online platforms and potentially using social media to attract qualified candidates.
• Application Management:
Receiving, acknowledging, and electronically filing job applications and managing the recruitment inbox.
• Screening and Shortlisting:
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements, preparing shortlisting packs for the hiring panel.
• Interview Coordination:
Scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and handling last-minute changes.
• Communication:
Serving as the main point of contact for candidates, providing information on processes, and communicating updates to hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support:
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and preparing offer letters.
• Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or spreadsheets, managing recruitment data, and adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Reporting:
Preparing regular reports on recruiting activities and progress for management.
• Process Improvement:
Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and identifying ways to improve the overall recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications required
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8.30am -4.30pm or 9am-5pm.
