Job Overview
As an IT and Application Support Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth tech operations.
Your primary role involves providing first-line IT and application support, addressing inquiries, and efficiently resolving basic technical issues for both internal users and external clients.
You'll assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application-related problems, escalating complex cases to senior specialists.
You'll help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, alongside user account management.
Crucially, you'll document all support requests and contribute to our knowledge base.
You'll also support application configuration and deployment, and assist in monitoring system performance.
This role requires active participation in training and adherence to security protocols, collaborating closely with the wider IT and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
