Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:
Managing Temporary Placements: Oversee and coordinate temporary job placements for construction operatives, with a focus on trades such as electricians and plumbers.
Client Booking Management: Handle booking requests from contractors and clients, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled in a timely manner.
Candidate Administration & Referencing: Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate compliance documentation is complete and up to date.
Sales & Business Development: Carry out outbound sales activities, including calling prospective businesses to promote services and build new client relationships.
CRM Management & Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM system.
Add new client information to the CRM and ensure all data is kept clean, accurate, and well-organised.
Regularly review and tidy up CRM data to maintain system integrity.
Candidate Liaison: Build strong relationships with current and prospective candidates, offering support, updates, and guidance throughout their engagement with the company.
