Job Overview
Stratton Mills Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organised Business Administrator to support our Temporary Desk, focusing on compliance for care staff working in Ofsted- and CQC-regulated settings.
You will ensure all candidates meet the legal, safeguarding, and quality standards required for children's homes, supported living, and adult care services.
Key responsibilities include carrying out full compliance checks: Right to Work, Enhanced DBS (Children and Adults Workforce), employment references, training certificates (e.g., Safeguarding, First Aid, Medication), and qualification verification.
You'll maintain detailed candidate files in our CRM system, flag document expiries, and liaise with both candidates and consultants to resolve gaps promptly.
Knowledge of Ofsted and CQC requirements, safer recruitment practices, and GDPR is essential.
You'll support audit preparation, uphold best practices in recruitment compliance, and contribute to maintaining our high service standards.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with recruitment or compliance experience in the care sector.
