Job Overview
The Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office and supporting the delivery of mediation services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, including client intake, scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential records, and liaising with mediators, clients, and external professionals.
Duties include preparing and distributing correspondence, managing case files in compliance with data protection regulations, and processing invoices and payments.
The Administrator will also be tasked with maintaining office supplies, updating databases, and assisting with the preparation of reports and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is essential.
Prior experience in a legal, mediation, or professional services environment is desirable.
The Administrator must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and provide exceptional client service in a sometimes challenging and emotionally charged environment.
This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the firm and the delivery of high-quality mediation services to families in dispute.
