Job Overview
As our Digital Project Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing various digital projects, including website launches, online tools, web applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide end-to-end project management for digital projects
• Scope project requirements, prepare budgets, and develop detailed project plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality standards
• Develop support documentation like risk logs and requirement specifications
• Monitor and report on metrics like Google Analytics
• Communicate project status to team members and stakeholders
• Identify and proactively resolve potential risks or issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of new business opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications required
• Proven experience as a digital project manager
• Proficiency with project management software like MS Project and Atlassian
• Familiarity with content management systems, HTML/CSS, and SEO
• Understanding of user experience (UX) software and design principles
• Strong technical background to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and build client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, or related field
