Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Clinical Sales Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare, possessing a blend of clinical knowledge and sales expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our state-of-the-art simulators, conducting product presentations and training, and supporting sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the usage of our products in existing accounts and expand our customer base through clinical education and effective sales strategies.
• Train new and existing sales staff on our simulator clinical and product aspects.
• Provide ongoing clinical support, ensuring customers can safely and efficiently operate our simulators.
• Foster business growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to train staff, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and gather product feedback.
• Address customer concerns, collaborating with sales teams to develop solutions.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your industry knowledge.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and responsibilities.
• Engage in clinical presentations, workshops, and industry trade shows to promote our products.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required, in line with business needs.

Skills and Qualifications required

• A bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field or advanced degree or professional credentials. • Experience in the field of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy and related advanced cardiac and respiratory therapies. • Minimum three years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally involving diagnostics or OR/ICU environments. • Experience in clinical education, training program development, and sales within the healthcare sector. Skills: • In-depth understanding of medical technology and its clinical applications. • Technical proficiency with medical simulators and related software. Full UK driving License 2 years clinical experience (preferred) Willingness to travel (national and international)

Hours per week

40 hours per week, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
