The Role
The Sales Advisor role is responsible for converting client interest into lifelong wellness partnerships, through expert consultation, genuine connection, and commercially astute sales leadership. This role sits at the intersection of high-value sales and the Amedics client experience. It requires someone who can move seamlessly between the emotional intelligence needed to guide a client through a major wellbeing investment and the commercial rigour needed to own a revenue target and deliver on it every month.
You will not be selling treatments. You will be helping clients make empowered decisions about their health, confidence and lifestyle and you will be accountable for the commercial outcome of every one of those conversations. There is no cold calling, all leads are genuinely generated and qualified through our marketing and social media team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Conversion & Revenue
– Own end-to-end conversion performance from first enquiry to confirmed booking
– Handle warm, pre-qualified consultations and convert them into tailored paid consultations
– Guide clients through multi-treatment wellness journeys, building trust and confidence in the Amedics journey
– Conduct confident, empathetic investment conversations across the full treatment range
– Manage and reduce client drop-off at every stage of the enquiry pipeline
– Follow up intelligently and persistently with undecided prospects, never with pressure
– Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion KPIs which will be predetermined each month
2. The Amedics Client Journey
– Act as the client's first and most trusted guide through the Amedics experience
– Translate complex clinical treatments into clear, compelling lifestyle propositions
– Connect the dots between what a client wants to feel and what Amedics can deliver
– Communicate the value of bespoke treatment plans, skincare regimes, facial aesthetic journeys, wellness programmes
– Ensure every client leaves a conversation feeling heard, informed and excited to proceed
– Oversee the handover from sales to front of house and clinical team with zero friction and total continuity
3. Sales Leadership & Team Development
– Support patient coordination with the sales team and reception staff
– Set individual and team performance targets with regular structured reviews with the doctors
– Develop a culture where everyone owns their contribution to the client experience and the revenue outcome
4. Systems, Data & Reporting
– Build and manage CRM disciplines, lead tracking, follow-up sequences, pipeline health
– Provide sales performance reports with KPI data, conversion trends and recommended actions (as required)
– Develop and refine consultation scripts, objection-handling frameworks and client communication tools, work alongside lead clinical trainer that support this area
– Collaborate with marketing to align lead quality, campaign messaging and sales capacity
– Stay current with the UK medical aesthetics market, client trends and competitive landscape locally and nationally
The Amedics Treatment Portfolio
The Sales Advisor must be fluent in the clinic's full service menu and able to communicate the value, outcomes and client suitability of each treatment category:
– Facial Aesthetics & Injectables – Anti-wrinkle injections (Botox), dermal fillers (lip, cheek, jawline, tear trough, temple, forehead), Profhilo skin booster, polynucleotide injections, 8-point non-surgical facelift, non-surgical rhinoplasty, filler dissolving
– Advanced Laser & Skin Rejuvenation – UltraClear laser, 3DMIRACL laser, medical microneedling (SkinPen, FDA-cleared), HydraFacial (including exclusive Wet Diamond Tip), chemical peels and Ignite fat dissolving procedures
– Medical Skin Health Programmes – Obagi Medical, ZO Skin Health ranges, hyperpigmentation treatment, acne scar treatment, skin lightening, skin tightening
– Wellness & Vitamin Therapy – IV vitamin drips (multiple protocols), vitamin B12, vitamin D, glutathione injections, biotin shots – all administered by GMC-registered clinicians
– Hair Restoration – PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, hair loss consultations and treatment planning
– Body Treatments –, body skin tightening
– Skincare Retail – Obagi and ZO Skin Health product ranges (cleansers, peels, actives, sun protection)
KPIs & Performance Metrics
Performance in this role is measured clearly, fairly and consistently:
– Monthly and quarterly revenue vs target
– Enquiry-to-consultation conversion rate
– Consultation-to-treatment booking conversion rate
– Average treatment plan value per client
– Client rebooking and retention rate
– Speed of first follow-up after enquiry
– Team performance against individual targets
– CRM pipeline accuracy and lead hygiene
