Job Overview

About Amedics Clinic

Amedics Clinic is Leicester's flagship luxury medical aesthetic and wellness doctor led clinic.  We exist at the intersection of clinical medicine, artistry and holistic wellbeing, delivering bespoke treatments across facial aesthetics, advanced laser and skin health, IV vitamin therapy and personalised wellness programmes.

Our philosophy is simple: ‘look and feel your best,  today  and every day’. Every client who walks through our doors is treated as an individual with a unique story, unique goals and a unique skin journey. The Clinic Coordinator is the first and last impression of that experience and at Amedics, first and last impressions are everything.

The Role

The Sales Advisor role is responsible for converting client interest into lifelong wellness partnerships, through expert consultation, genuine connection, and commercially astute sales leadership.  This role sits at the intersection of high-value sales and the Amedics client experience. It requires someone who can move seamlessly between the emotional intelligence needed to guide a client through a major wellbeing investment and the commercial rigour needed to own a revenue target and deliver on it every month.

You will not be selling treatments. You will be helping clients make empowered decisions about their health, confidence and lifestyle and you will be accountable for the commercial outcome of every one of those conversations.  There is no cold calling, all leads are genuinely generated and qualified through our marketing and social media team.

Conduct confident, empathetic investment conversations across the full treatment range

Follow up intelligently and persistently with undecided prospects,  never with pressure

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion KPIs which will be predetermined each month

2.  The Amedics Client Journey

Act as the client's first and most trusted guide through the Amedics experience

Oversee the handover from sales to front of house and clinical team with zero friction and total continuity

3.  Sales Leadership & Team Development

Support patient coordination  with  the sales  team and reception staff

Set individual and team performance targets with regular structured reviews with  the  doctors

Develop a culture where everyone owns their contribution to the client experience and the revenue outcome

4.  Systems, Data & Reporting

Build and manage CRM disciplines, lead tracking, follow-up sequences, pipeline health

Provide sales performance reports with KPI data, conversion trends and recommended actions (as required)

Develop and refine consultation scripts, objection-handling frameworks and client communication tools, work alongside lead clinical trainer that support this area

Collaborate with marketing to align lead quality, campaign messaging and sales capacity

Stay current with the UK medical aesthetics market, client trends and competitive landscape locally and nationally
