Job Overview
Join the opening team of a new restaurant in a role suited to someone who enjoys welcoming guests and working together in a lively setting. Multiple positions are available across the floor, the bar and the kitchen, part-time and full-time.
Positions Available
Waiter / Waitress
- Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile
- Pass on allergy and dietary requests to the kitchen carefully
- Lay up, clear and reset tables and keep the restaurant tidy
Bartender
- Make and serve drinks, including coffees, soft drinks, wines, beers and cocktails
- Keep the bar clean and stocked, handle the till and serve alcohol responsibly
- Aged 18 or over
Food Runner
- Take food from the kitchen to the right table while it is hot
- Pass orders and special requests, including allergies, between the kitchen and the team
- Clear and reset tables and refill drinks
Kitchen Porter
- Wash dishes, pots, cutlery and kitchen equipment quickly and to a high standard
- Keep the kitchen, floors and storage areas clean, put deliveries away and take out the waste
- Help the chefs with simple prep
Pay and Benefits
- National Minimum Wage for your age: £12.71 per hour if you are 21 or over, £10.85 per hour if you are 18 to 20
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Full training in a friendly team and a new restaurant
- Workplace pension and statutory sick pay

Skills and Qualifications required
- A friendly, guest-focused approach and an interest in hospitality
- Reliable, hard-working and a good team player, calm when it is busy
- Strong communication and time management
- A willingness to follow food safety procedures
- Happy to work evenings and weekends
- Experience is welcome but not essential: full training is given
- Right to work in the UK
