They need someone patient enough to sit beside them, break down what feels impossible into something manageable, and help them prove to themselves that they can. That's what we do at Pianista. And we need more people who want to do it with us.

You'll be beside a nervous seven-year-old helping them trust themselves, or across from an adult learner rediscovering something they'd given up on. The reward is watching someone else's face when they play back what they couldn't play an hour ago.
Our students are wonderfully diverse. Many have additional learning differences — dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, reduced mobility, etc. Some are very reserved; others love talking. Working with them asks for genuine curiosity, patience, and adaptability. We'll train you in all of this, but you need to want to learn it.
You'll also be the person families trust with their child's progress, so we'll help you to feel comfortable communicating openly and warmly with parents and adult students. This matters just as much as what you can do at the keyboard.
Skills and Qualifications required
No qualifications or gradings required.
6 months plus piano experience
Willing to learn
Communication- able to support children's with complex barrier's.
Hours per week
Employed Positions — Part of the Team You'll be part of our team, paid via PAYE, with holiday pay and the stability of a proper employment contract. We believe in investing in our teachers the same way we invest in our students.
