Job Overview
A smart and independent woman based in the Queens Road/ Victoria Park area in Leicester is seeking a Personal Assistant Carer/Companion for 14 hours a week and this role could be shared by 2 PAs.
The role will be roughly a 50/50 split between personal and home support, and social inclusion activities.
In the home you will assist the lady with tasks such as dressing, and prompting medicines to be taken. You will also undertake housework and help with meal prep such as shopping, chopping vegetables, and helping to batch cook meals for days when the lady has less energy to cook.
She also likes to get out in nature, and enjoys visiting the Attenborough Arboretum and University Botanic Gardens. If you have a dog who could join in with these walks, all the better!
Skills and Qualifications required
The lady has a keen interest in current affairs, politics, environmental issues, gadgets, reading, and nature, and would like someone who can converse about these subjects.
