Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to join our small team of four at our base in Abbey Park. This is a straightforward, hands-on role focused on getting our signage ready for our fitters to take out on the road.
This position is ideal for someone looking for steady, local work without the need for a driving licence. Whether you are looking for a solid 2 days a week or more consistent hours, we are happy to work around your availability.
Sign Preparation: Prepping boards, frames, and commercial signs so they are ready for installation.
Basic Assembly: Using basic hand tools to put components together.
Loading: Helping to load the company vans safely and efficiently for the fitters.
Workshop Upkeep: Keeping the Abbey Park site tidy, organised, and
Skills and Qualifications required
Local to Abbey Park: You must be able to reliably commute to our site in Abbey Park daily (no company transport provided for this role).Hands-on Attitude: No specific experience is required, but you should be comfortable doing physical work and using basic tools.
Reliability: Even if you only work 2 days a week, we need someone we can count on to show up and get the job done.
No Licence Needed: Since you’ll be based entirely at the workshop, a driving licence is not required.
