Ethically Sourced Products is a high-end clothing manufacturer operating from a newly built, modern, air-conditioned factory. We are looking for a Garment Cutter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and operating a modern automated fabric spreading machine. Ideally we would like someone with some cutting experience but training can be given to the right candidate. Experience within the garment industry is essential, along with a good understanding of fabric handling and garment cutting process. Important – UK Applicants Only Applicants must currently be based in the UK and already have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this position. This is an in-person position at our factory and cannot be performed remotely. |
Skills and Qualifications required
- Previous experience working on a garment cutting table is desirable but training can be given to the right candidate.
- Previous experience within a garment manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of fabrics and garment cutting processes
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Gujarati, which is essential for understanding workplace instructions and communicating effectively with colleagues
- Willingness to learn and operate modern automated equipment
- Must currently be based in the UK and have the existing right to work in the UK

Hours per week
4-day working week – Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (no weekend work) 36 hrs
