Job Description:

A field-based territory management role where you'll be responsible for order taking and building relationships with Convenience Stores/Retailers. You will visit 5 to 15 stores per day, working with customers to take their orders on an iPad, manage their stock levels, and show new products to increase sales.

Using natural charisma and personality you will generate orders and promote sales with Convenience/Retailers business owners or their buyers. The Field Sales Rep will be provided with our mobile CRM tool and customer database (existing and new customers) to support meeting and exceeding sales targets.

This role is open to all work experiences and backgrounds, it is about finding the right personality who is driven, approachable and money.

As a Field Sales Representative/Order Taker you will:

  • Visit existing and new customers
  • Collect/take customer orders on the mobile field sales iPad application
  • Build strong relationships with customers to supply their business as a preferred supplier
  • Organise own working time to maximise visits and orders
  • Maximise sales & increase average order values

Retailers include convenience stores, newsagents, pound/discount stores, cash & carry retailers, post offices, chemists, party & gift stores, supermarkets, green grocers, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at 5 to 15 visitations each working day
  • Meet or beat daily or weekly sales targets
  • Visit existing customers
  • Acquire new customers supported by customer database
  • Catchup and report to commercial sales director

Remuneration In return for your hard work:

  • Uncapped Sales Bonus £125 per £4000 increments above sales target

The Field Sales Representative Will Be:

  • Target driven, money motivated and ambitious
  • A people person, confident speaking to business owners/retailers
  • A great communicator at all levels, including where English is not the customer’s first language
  • Flexible, charismatic, and approachable
  • Ethical, reliable, and professional

Skills and Qualifications required

  • Clean UK driving licence - essential
  • iPad literacy and fast user - essential
  • Positive can-do attitude - essential
  • Previous field or face to face sales experience - desirable
  • Convenience/Retail shop experience or have previously sold to independent retailers - desirable
  • Knowledge of products found in a corner shop - desirable
  • Gujarati or Polish or Eastern European or South Indian speaking - desirable
