Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our team, providing vital support to individuals in care home or home care settings. In this role, you will deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily activities, and promote independence while ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a positive environment where clients feel valued and respected. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and comfort
Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Follow detailed care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Drive or accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or outings as needed
Monitor and report on clients’ health status, changes in behaviour, or concerns promptly to the supervising team
Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
Experience and Skills: English and Maths Level 1 Minimum (anything else within the care sector we will provide full training for).
Location of work: support to individuals in Market Harborough, Oadby, Fleckney, Kibworth etc.
Ideally suitable for Car Drivers, however we are willing to take on non car drivers as well, we will try get them picked up by current care drivers we have and taken with them on the run.
Skills and Qualifications required
English and Maths Level 1 Minimum (anything else within the care sector we will provide full training for).
Hours per week
Shifts available: Up to 7 days / week - Min 2 Days per week Rotas available: Am - 6am - 2pm (need to cover full shift) Pm - 2:30pm- 11pm (need to cover full shift)
