Looking for a hands-on job with a local manufacturing company?
PottertonPacs Ltd is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke cases, bags and foam packaging. We manufacture a wide range of custom-made products for customers across the UK, and we’re looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking person to join our factory team.
What will you be doing?
The role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including:
- Operating machinery and carrying out practical bench work.
- Helping manufacture high-quality custom cases, bags and foam inserts.
- Following production instructions and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised.
- Working alongside colleagues to meet production targets and keep jobs running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications required
No previous factory experience is essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the commitment to do a good job.

Previous manufacturing experience is useful but not essential, as training will be provided for the right person.

Hours per week
We are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Full-time hours (39 hours per week): Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
