Job Overview

Ethically Sourced Products is a high-end clothing manufacturer operating from a newly built, modern, air-conditioned factory.

We are looking for an experienced Garment Cutter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and operating a modern automated fabric spreading machine. Full training will be provided on the automated equipment, but applicants must have previous experience working on a garment cutting table and have a good understanding of fabric handling and the garment cutting process.

This is an in-person position at our factory and cannot be performed remotely.

Skills and Qualifications required

Key requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience working on a garment cutting table

- Previous experience within a garment manufacturing environment

- Good knowledge of fabrics and garment cutting processes

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently

- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team

- Good spoken English is essential for understanding workplace instructions and communicating effectively with colleagues

- Willingness to learn and operate modern automated equipment

Must currently be based in the UK and have the existing right to work in the UK
