Job description:
Successful candidates will provide high quality domiciliary care for elderly and vulnerable people in the local community which includes:
• Personal care including using specialised equipment
• Medication management
• Preparing or assisting with food preparation
• Shopping services
• Domestic household tasks
• Escort duties (accompanying service users to appointments)
• Sitting service/Companionship

Skills and Qualifications required
Skills and experience:
Good English language skills, verbal and written
Must live in Shepshed/Coalville or surrounding area
Own transport advantageous

We offer: • Permanent full- and part-time positions in the Shepshed and Coalville area • Full training including shadow training • Flexibility in shift patterns to accommodate applicants, weekend work on rota basis • Hourly pay £13.26 - £15.27 • Paid mileage and travel time (£0.20p/mile and £0.13/minute) • Enhancements for NVQ and/or Dementia care • Double pay for bank holidays • Any surplus money is distributed to all employees at the end of the year through bonuses • Blue Light Card (discount scheme for UK Emergency Services, NHS and Social Care)
