We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, and fostering a supportive environment for clients. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care are vital for success in this position. A car and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing.
Support individuals in daily activities, including meal preparation and medication support.
To follow care plans tailored to each clients needs.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.
Foster a warm and friendly professional approach
Drive to various locations as required within the Leicester areas.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
A FULL UK valid driving licence .
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
