Job Overview

Who We Are

WP is an Amazon accelerator. We Deliver, Protect and Grow brands through advertising, data and smart execution. From campaign strategy to supply chain insights, we turn Amazon complexity into clarity for a portfolio of leading brands.

The Role

We’re hiring a graduate to take ownership of Amazon Advertising across our full portfolio of brands, while supporting the wider team with marketplace data and reporting. The split is roughly 80% advertising, 20% data.

You’ll manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video and Sponsored Display campaigns day-to-day, own the ad budgets, run performance reporting and keep the team one step ahead with proactive optimisation. On the data side, you’ll produce the market share, search query and ranking reports that help Account Managers make faster, better decisions.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one - ideal for someone who is analytical, organised and excited by the pace of Amazon advertising.

What You’ll Do

Advertising

Own and optimise SP, SB, SBV and Display campaigns across all client accounts

Manage ad budgets daily - flag underspend or overspend to Account Managers with clear reasoning

Produce weekly performance reports per brand, tracked against specific targets (ROAS, revenue, impression share)

Spot and fix ad performance issues before they’re flagged by the team

Run A/B creative tests for SB and SBV ads, working with the design team on assets

Build a working relationship with our Amazon Ads Account Manager to get more from the partnership

Stay across platform developments - AMC, DSP, upper-funnel opportunities

Data & Reporting

Monthly market share reports across all clients

      Search and Market share reporting

Branded impression share, click share and purchase share by category

Performance summary reports ahead of client calls

At a Glance

The standout parts of this role:

Full campaign ownership - you run the ads, not just assist

Budget accountability - you’ll own spend targets and report on variance

Creative involvement - brief designers, test creatives, improve conversion

      Cross-brand exposure - work across a portfolio of well-known brands (e.g. Unilever)

Direct Amazon relationship - regular contact with Amazon’s own Ads team

Strategic input - your data will shape how Account Managers make decisions

Skills and Qualifications required

Essential

A degree (any discipline - marketing, business or data-related subjects are a plus)

      Strong numerical and analytical skills

High attention to detail across multiple accounts

      Super user of AI

Confident with Excel / Google Sheets

Self-starter who spots problems and solves them without being asked

Clear communicator, comfortable working across teams

Desirable

Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central or the Advertising Console

Familiarity with PPC advertising (Amazon, Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Hours per week

9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Closing Date

01/05/2026
