Job Overview
We are a growing compliance and surveying consultancy working across asbestos, fire and property compliance projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and highly organised Administrative Assistant to take ownership of day-to-day admin and support the director directly.
This role is central to the business. You will manage emails, scheduling, document handling, data organisation and general operational admin. The right person will significantly reduce workload for the director and improve day-to-day efficiency across the business.
This role suits someone who is structured, calm under pressure and confident handling multiple tasks without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Managing inboxes and client correspondence
Scheduling site visits and coordinating diaries
Updating spreadsheets and tracking jobs
Uploading and organising reports and documents
Assisting with asbestos software, Tradify and internal systems
Preparing and formatting address lists and job schedules
General admin support across ongoing projects
Skills and Qualifications required
Proven experience in a long-term administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills developed through practical, hands-on work
Comfortable working in a steady, structured role with clear responsibilities
Confident managing tasks independently without the need for constant progression or role changes
Calm, reliable and consistent approach to workload and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
Strong written communication and professional manner
Comfortable supporting a director and handling routine business administration
Seeking a stable, long-term position rather than short-term progression
