Company description We are Roundsys. We are a friendly exciting software company, providing support to the care industry. Our customers are care homes and home care agencies. We provide a simple to use app for care workers and care managers to ensure consistent, high quality care is delivered. And at the same time reducing paperwork for all.
Job description: Join our fun support team who help our clients use our care software. Your role would involve resolving support queries, training customers, and demonstrating our software. You will be joining a friendly team, experience on a Service Desk isn't essential. If you have a real passion for IT and are a confident communicator then please do also apply! A great opportunity for a friendly person who loves technology and has a passion for helping others. Full training will be given.
