As an Energy Consultant your role is to help the business grow and acquire and develop a portfolio of business customers through outbound B2B selling. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from contacting prospective customers, identifying their energy requirements through to securing contracts. You will provide excellent service to your customers and develop a pipeline of customers to manage future renewals.
You will be taught how to manage a full 360 Degree sale process and the role will involve making outbound B2B telesales calls to prospective customers. You will be encouraged to build strong customer relationships by gathering all energy requirements and conveying the Utility Market Watch Energy proposition in a clear and enthusiastic manner.
The role will give you experience in displaying strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills. You will learn how to Manage all customer queries in a timely & professional manner using the CRM database.

Skills and Qualifications required
Ø Customer Service or sales experience, ideally using the telephone
Ø Sales experience is an advantage but by no means essential.
Ø Enthusiastic and fun.
Ø Resilient and determined, with natural curiosity.
Ø Hard working and loves speaking to customers on the phone
Ø Open minded and inclusive.
Ø Driving licence preferred
