Job Overview

Experienced in presenting data and information using a variety of IT packages, you will have excellent IT skills and proven ability to learn new packages as well as knowledge of specialist software that underpins the team’s work areas – particularly knowledge of Tableau (or similar visualisation packages) would be an advantage but also others such as SNAP, SPSS, R, and Excel (or equivalent). Your work will involve preparing high quality analytical reports, dashboards and presentations for a variety of audiences, so you will have good presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write concise and meaningful reports and provide an interpretation of research findings. We are seeking high performing and enthusiastic individuals who can provide analytical support to managers within the Business Intelligence Service and service departments and also lead, manage and deliver multiple small research projects (quantitative and qualitative). The current role is largely based on a home working and flexible working environment.

Qualifications Required

educated to degree level, with experience of working in a business intelligence or a performance management environment, researching specific issues and managing and analysing data.
