With no two days the same you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process through the provision of administrative and onboarding support. In a typical day you would use your creative skills to write a job advert, reply to candidates via our email inboxes, work with managers to explain processes and how to action these. Not only this, but you’ll also complete an Apprenticeship in Level 2 Recruitment Resourcing while with us. Having the opportunity to put what you learn into practice.
You’ll be an organised individual with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet objectives and deadlines. You’ll need the character to demonstrate creative thinking in the delivery of excellent customer service. As well as being able to use a PC, including word and spreadsheets. Knowing the importance of inputting data with accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications required
Apprentices will be required to pass functional skills at Level 1 as part of this programme, unless they already hold a current transferable skills qualification e.g. (GCSE grade C / 4 or above, or Key Skills Communication Level 2).
