About the role:
As a German-Speaking Recruitment Resourcer at Venquis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing, analysing, and managing candidate data. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and completeness of candidate information within our database, while also providing administrative support to the recruitment process.
About you:
• Fluent in German and English (essential).
• Previous experience in data management, administration, or recruitment support (desirable but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or online databases.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their candidate requirements and specific project needs.
• Conduct data research and identify potential candidates through various sources, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Enter and maintain candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
• Review and screen resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and interest in potential job opportunities.
• Update and maintain candidate profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for recruitment consultants.
• Assist in the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, sending invitations, and providing necessary details to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
