The role

We are looking to recruit full time, Production operatives to join our busy team to help with the growth of the company, this roll is workshop based. This is an opportunity for someone to build a long-term career.
About the Person
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment. You should be reliable, hardworking self-motivated, with the ability to produce high quality work. Must have A ‘can-do’ attitude be enthusiastic and willingness to work in various areas as a Team Member. A knowledge of working with wood advantageous but not essential. Own transport essential due to rural location
Responsibilities;
• Meeting quality standards for each process
• Ensuring SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) are adhered to
• Meeting daily production targets
• General maintenance of your work area
• Ensure that all products are manufactured to the required quality standards
• Ensuring that general housekeeping is done to the required standard

Hours of work are as follows:
Monday - Friday
08.00-16.00
With a 45-minute unpaid lunch break
• Pension scheme
• 28 days holiday, including Bank

Qualifications Required

Previous experience in a manufacturing would be advantageous although full training will be provided.
