Job Overview

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and work closely amongst all departments and members of staff. We are currently seeking an experienced office administrator with the ability to produce and chase quotations. Full training will be provided. The candidate must have excellent telephone skills and full training will be provided for the company's products. The candidate should have confidence in following leads and converting potential customers, as well as building a relationship with the customer. The candidate should also be able to effectively chase sent quotation and have the ability to make appointments where needed for our external sales person.

Qualifications and Skills • At least 2 years of professional telephone skills • Strong communication skills • Professional and clear telephone manner • Self-motivated and organised • Ability to multi-task and prioritise • Ability to coordinate efforts with other colleagues • Once successful, you will help develop, recruit and grow the team.

Job Summary • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. • To make courtesy and follow-up calls* Generating quotations* Maximise all sales opportunities by identifying the customers' needs • Obtain a good working and diverse knowledge of all products (training will be given) • Processing orders and estimates received by phone, fax or email • Dealing with queries or complaints received from the customer • Office administrative duties

The Candidate: • Strong telephone skills • Understanding of the sales process and how to utilise it to maximum advantage • Good interpersonal skills • Excellent time management skills • Experience of working effectively and efficiently both individually and within a team • Strong communication skills with ability to build good customer relationships • Good level of computer and keyboard skills. Responsibilities: • Manage and develop gained business on a day to day basis. • Maximise profit at all times through effective account managing.

Duties • Generate new business and close sales through telephone based sales • Manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients, offering technical back-up and advice. • Provide appropriate solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to customers when required – extensive product knowledge and industry training will be provided as part of the induction process • Use our CRM system to track customer progress and results • Work closely with the technical pre-sales and technology teams who can offer additional technical expertise when required. • Maximise revenue growth; meet and exceed sales targets • Build excellent customer relationships • Book qualified appointments for Business Development Managers.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Core hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm with 1hour unpaid lunch/break (Monday – Friday) Salary Range: £19,800.00-£20,500.00 per year (dependant on experience) COVID-19 considerations: Face masks and temperature checks
