Purpose of Role: This is an exciting and rewarding new part time role where we will be taking our generalist advice service out to the people who need it most. One of our greatest difficulties as a service is helping those who swing from one exhausting crisis to another, without the time or energy to work on the root causes of their problems. Working alongside a Support Worker employed by Falcon Services you will be assisting food-bank users to maximise their incomes, take control of their finances and improve their situations. You will need to be confident and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be able to work independently as required, but will have a friendly and experienced team to support you whenever you need it.

Qualifications/Skills Required For this role, the successful applicant will need to have excellent verbal and listening skills as well as the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload and meet deadlines.
