Job Description
As a Printvision Finance & Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day functions of the Finance, Operations, Sales department. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour and a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Key Tasks /Responsibilities:
• Customer Account Reconciliation: Regularly review accounts to identify discrepancies and work closely with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Payment Collection: Implement effective collection strategies and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for accounts related enquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism through email and telephone.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements in the accounts related process to enhance efficiency and reduce overdue accounts.
• Collaboration with Finance Team: Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks, including assistance with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring they are authorised
• Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
• Liaison: Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Month-End: Assist with month-end procedures, including preparing reports and ensuring all invoices and payments are accounted for.

Skills and Qualifications required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
