If so, we have a part time, hybrid remote, permanent position available in our friendly team of paid staff and volunteers. Using our call management system you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking advice. You will explore their issues, give out assisted information, signpost to external organisations, refer internally and organise appointments for those who need them. This job is primarily home based, but there is an option to work from one of our County branches if you wish and there will be an occasional requirement to attend team meetings and training in a County office – prior notice will be given.
