Job Overview
The role would entail the below but not limited to: - • Communicating with customers via email and over the phone • Working closely with the operations controller and other team members • Liaising with new tenants and clients to schedule in works • Managing stock through an in-house system o Ordering materials o Receipting goods o Stock counts • Raising purchase orders • Entering information accurately and updating spread sheets/systems • Data processing
Qualifications Required
The type of person: - • Excellent PC skills – In particular, Outlook and Excel • A keen eye for detail • A confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner • A great team-player • Strong customer service skills • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload • With initiative and ability to work proactively
Hours per week
25- 30 Hours to be discussed at interview
