Job Overview
Main duties: Supporting the Residential and Commercial teams by: • Answering the phone and directing calls as appropriate • Inputting enquiries onto the CRM as leads • Assisting the residential team with project administration, including project completion paperwork • Assisting Office Manager with day to day administrative duties as required • Provide other general administrative support • Liaising with customers both pre and post works Skills and qualifications: Essential: • Detail orientated • Effective time manager • Highly organised and methodical • Positive “can-do” attitude • Possess a “professional edge” when dealing with clients on the phone • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) • Able to work independently • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Good written and verbal English • Able to work as an effective team member Desirable: • Previous experience of working within a customer service administration team • Experience of using CRM • Previous experience in detail orientated role • Interest or knowledge of Solar PV
Qualifications Required
GCSE English and maths. A Levels preferred but not essential.
Hours per week
Part time/Full time considered.
