Job Overview

We are looking for an individual with initiative and confidence to handle all technical aspects of setting up and maintaining pharmacy dispensing robots. This will involve remote and on-site assessment of the robots as needed. Start your career here today with us!

We are dedicated to enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of pharmacies through automation. Our motto, "Not all pharmacy dispensing robots are the same", emphasizes that it's not just about the robots, but also about the support and maintenance provided. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively to achieve successful automation solutions, including the following:

Supporting customers with their robots by helping with fault finding, diagnosis, rectification, and training, while documenting any actions taken.
Assisting in the smooth start-up of new automation solutions and understanding the accompanying documentation.
Interpreting simple engineering and technical documentation, such as device manuals, schematics, and fault reports.
Conducting and supporting annual maintenance on automation systems, while identifying potential faults.
Learning about the hardware and software that control robots and configuring their capabilities.
Monitoring stock levels of robotic spares and tools.

You will complete an advanced level 3 Maintenance and operations engineering technician apprenticeship standard.
