Job Overview

Reporting to the Chief Editor, The Advertising Sales Manager will head the sector responsible for the generation of advertisement sales appointments. They will lead the advertising sales team setting KPI’s and strategies, providing leadership, line managing the team to maximize advertising revenues across print and digital media platforms and meet required deadlines. They will develop and manage a CRM system to continuously seek to improve sales performance and actively monitoring all leads, conversions, and sales. The Advertising Sales Manager will oversee sales campaigns to meet client objectives and exceed client performance expectations. They will drive success in all aspects of the advertisement sales department and create incentives to motivate and drive the team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage, motivate, and identify training needs of the advertising sales team • To continuously seek to improve sales performance through monitoring all leads, conversions and sales actively. • Develop and manage a CRM system to improve data recording and leads. • To introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team. • To produce sales team KPI’s in association with the Chief Editor

Qualifications Required
