Job Overview

Refreshed Media produce the UK’s only Organic Lifestyle Consumer Magazine, Refreshed Magazine. The Magazine will be available digitally and as a paper copy. The Advertising Sales Executives will have a section of the magazine for which they are responsible for, in relation to the advertising element of the magazine. The Sales Executives will reach out to organic and sustainable companies and offer advertising space within the magazine.The Advertising Sales Executives will work closely within the team to support the advertisement sales strategy for the Magazine to maximize advertising revenues across print and digital media platforms and meet required deadlines. They will work with a variety of clients and agencies within the industry categories of the magazine sections. They will plan and execute successful commercial campaigns to meet client objectives and exceed client performance expectations. They will be responsible for overseeing the campaign from planning to completion liaising with the editors to ensure the best outcome for clients. They will attend relevant business networking meetings to acquire potential leads for advertising within the magazine. They will maintain strong relationships with current advertisers and prospects and look for advertising opportunities that benefit both the client and the magazine.

Qualifications Required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • Must have worked in a previous sales environment PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Sales experience, preferably within a consumer lifestyle environment • Understanding of digital media advertising • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients • Strong customer service skills • Team player • Target driven • Experience of working in B2B sales environment • Ability to use LinkedIn in a professional manner • Ability to use sales software such as Salesforce
