Job Overview

What you will do in your working day:
Dealing with customers
Answering phones and booking in vehicles for MOTs and services
Order spare parts and taking delivery of the orders
Invoicing customers
Reconciling invoices against delivery notes
Reconciling statements from suppliers
Calling customers to collect vehicles

The training you will be getting:
At the end of this successful apprenticeship the apprentice will gain a Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship. The apprentice will attend Leicester College one day every two weeks.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship:
There may be an opportunity for a permanent position at the end of this apprenticeship

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 / C) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 / C) Essential

Hours per week

The hours will be flexible, working Monday to Saturday morning. Shifts to be confirmed. Total hours per week: 30
