Job Overview

Programme Overview: (outline of course content) We will be delivering a virtual online course. The theme will be Routeway into Customer Service Level 2 - embedding CV building / interview techniques / confidence & motivation techniques. We are working with Direct Line for their recruitment of a Homebased Customer Service Advisor. We are running a virtual 2 week Customer Service course, where upon completion you will be guaranteed an interview with Direct Line.

Who is the Programme suitable for: Customers who are looking to gain employment within working in a Homebased, Customer Service Advisor role. We will support customers to develop their confidence & motivation.

Tutors will be on hand to support learners with the creation of CV, practice interview skills. The job role is Customer Service Advisor – You’re going to be taking calls, helping with queries, finding the right product for their needs or you may need to keep them safe on the roadside or guide them through a claim when something may have gone wrong. You’ll need to be a great listener; be able to adapt your approach and most importantly just be there to support our customers when they need us the most.

• Full Time permanent – Monday – Sunday between 7am and 10pm - 40 HPW (8 hours a day / 5 day a week) • Permanent Roles • salary package starts from £22,672 (includes 9% pension contribution), plus an opportunity to earn an additional bonus up to £4,200 per year for sales roles • Work from home, all you'll need is an internet connection, a quiet space to work, and we’ll provide you with everything else, from a tailored training academy to a technology bundle to suit your needs. Some basic IT skills will be really helpful. Although you will be working from home you must be based in the UK.

Job Description You may already know about our brands and some of the Insurance products we offer, but as an Advisor you may support customers with insurance for their businesses or for their own day to day life. You’re going to be taking calls, helping with queries, finding the right product for their needs or you may need to keep them safe on the roadside or guide them through a claim when something may have gone wrong. You’ll need to be a great listener; be able to adapt your approach and most importantly just be there to support our customers when they need us the most. Some days can be a little bit busy, but the team are absolutely outstanding, and we’re proud of our DLG team culture.

Qualifications Required

Required to take an initial assessment in both English & Math’s- *We require a minimum of L1 for English to be achieved at initial assessment The initial assessment will be completed online prior to the enrolment session

2 weeks delivery 23.05.2022 – 03.06.2022 9.30am – 4pm. Full time with daily interactive virtual sessions 9.30 am - 4pm
